Our goal is to provide a smooth shopping experience by keeping you informed throughout the shipping process. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever available.

We currently ship within the Continental United States (the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia).

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped through trusted shipping carriers selected by our suppliers. Depending on your order, shipments may be delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other regional carriers.

The carrier used will depend on factors such as supplier, package size, destination, and shipping service availability.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and tracking link whenever tracking is available from the supplier.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.

7. Delivery Issues

If your shipment appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll gladly assist in locating your order.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Verify your shipping address.
  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your building management.
  • Contact us so we can help initiate a carrier inquiry when applicable.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.
  • Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We will work with the supplier to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

If your order is incomplete or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The missing item(s)
  • Any relevant photos (if applicable)

We will investigate the issue with the supplier and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. Returns & Refunds

For eligible returns:

  • Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return window.
  • Items must generally be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging unless received defective or damaged.
  • Certain products may not be eligible for return.

The CNC Direct is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
