The Creality Raptor Pro is a high-speed dual-mode 3D scanner designed as the ultimate partner for automotive customization and professional scanning applications. It features 22 cross laser lines and 7 parallel laser lines combined with NIR infrared structured light, providing three distinct scanning modes that can be freely switched for maximum versatility.
The 22 cross blue laser lines enable fast scanning of medium to large objects at 660,000 points per second, while the 7 parallel laser lines deliver partial HD scanning with each line as fine as 0.1mm for capturing sharper edges and finer details. The NIR structured light mode handles full-body and large-scale scanning at up to 3,580,000 measurements per second.
With volumetric accuracy of 0.02mm + 0.08mm/m and scanning frame rates of up to 60fps in laser mode and 30fps in NIR mode, the Raptor Pro delivers reliable precision and accurate detail. It supports scanning objects ranging from 5mm to 4000mm, covering everything from small components and engineering parts to human bodies and full vehicles.
The scanner features a high-performance optical structure with a 2.3 million pixel 3D imaging camera, low distortion lens (less than 1%), and 620mm large depth of field lens with 9 glass elements in a metal barrel. At only 405g, it's lightweight and portable with an anti-slip sleeve and detachable lanyard. Additional features include 24-bit full-color scanning in all modes, anti-shaking technology, outdoor scanning capability, and the ability to scan black/metal objects without sprays.
